Terms of Use
Last updated: September 4, 2026
This website, getdigitalos.com ("the Site"), is operated by Groe Digital Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), a company based in Ontario, Canada. These Terms of Use govern your use of the Site and our free resources, including the Freedom Blueprint and any email or text messages you sign up for. By using the Site or signing up, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Purchases are separate. When you buy a Digital OS product or membership, that purchase is governed by our Terms and Refund Policy, which shows the exact price, what is included, and the refund terms for that product at checkout before you pay. This page does not sell you anything and does not commit you to any purchase.
Who can use the Site
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Site or sign up for our communications.
Our free resources are education, not a promise of results
Digital OS shares educational content: guides, frameworks, prompts, and lessons about building an online or digital business with AI. This content is for information and education only. We do not promise or guarantee any income, earnings, or specific result. What you build and earn depends on your own work, skills, and circumstances. Nothing on this Site is financial, legal, or professional advice.
Email and text message communications
If you give us your email address or mobile number and agree to receive messages, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and account messages from Digital OS (for example: educational tips, product delivery and receipts, appointment and onboarding-call reminders, and occasional promotional offers). Consent to text messages is never a condition of any purchase. Message frequency may vary and standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. We will not share your mobile information with third parties for their own promotional or marketing purposes. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to: copy, resell, or redistribute our content without permission; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data; interfere with or disrupt the Site; or use it to send spam or to harass anyone. We may suspend or remove access if these terms are misused.
Our content belongs to us
The Site and its content (text, graphics, logos, guides, prompts, templates, and lessons) are owned by Groe Digital Inc. or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Free resources are provided for your own personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Links to other sites
The Site may link to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for their content, products, or practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Your use of a third-party site is governed by that site's own terms.
No warranties
The Site and its free resources are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Groe Digital Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our free resources. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply to you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
