Privacy Policy

Digital OS is operated by Groe Digital Inc. ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect on getdigitalos.com and how we use it. We keep it plain on purpose.

What we collect

• What you give us: your name and email address when you request a free resource, join our list, or apply, and any details you type into a form.
• Purchase and account data: when you buy a product or membership, we keep a record of what you bought, the amount, the date, and the email tied to your account, so we can deliver it, support you, and handle billing. We never see or store your full card number (see Payments below).
• Basic usage data: standard, non-identifying information like which pages were visited, used only to improve the content.

Why we collect it

• To send you the free Freedom Blueprint you asked for.
• To send you related educational emails about building a digital business. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
• To improve what we teach and how the site works.

Your consent and how to opt out

By submitting your email you consent to receive these emails. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, and we will honor it promptly. We follow Canadian anti-spam law (CASL) for our commercial email.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and check the SMS consent box, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and account text messages from Digital OS at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. We only use trusted providers to deliver these texts on our behalf. We follow Canadian anti-spam law (CASL) and US carrier requirements for text messaging.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers (for example, an email and customer-management platform, and the advertising and measurement tools described below) purely to run and measure our own business. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

Advertising and measurement (Meta)

We advertise Digital OS on Facebook and Instagram, and we use Meta's measurement tools, the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API, to understand which ads lead to actions like signing up or buying, so we do not waste money showing ads to the wrong people. To do this we share a limited set of event data with Meta Platforms, such as which page you were on, the action you took, your IP address and browser type, and the Meta advertising identifiers stored by Meta's own cookies. Where we have it, we also include a hashed (scrambled and irreversible) version of your email address so Meta can match the action to the right ad. We do not send Meta your readable email, and we never send Meta your phone number. Meta uses this information under its own Privacy Policy. You can limit this by using an ad or privacy blocker, turning off ad personalization in your Facebook or Instagram settings, or emailing us to opt out.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. When you pay, your card details go directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe handles the card data under its own security standards and privacy policy; we receive only what we need to fulfill your order and support you (your name, email, what you bought, the amount, and a token that lets us process a refund if the policy allows). For recurring memberships, Stripe securely stores the card to bill the subscription; you can cancel any time and update your card in your account.

Bot protection

To protect our forms from automated abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile. When you submit a form, Turnstile runs a background check and may collect limited technical information (such as your IP address and browser signals) to confirm you are a real person. This is provided by Cloudflare and is governed by Cloudflare's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you are on the list. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, we remove it, except where we are required to keep records by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Just email us at [email protected] and we will take care of it.
