Refunds are earned by doing the work. If you did the work and did not end up with the result the product makes, you are covered within the window, and we will ask you to show us the work you did. If you did end up with the finished result, the value was delivered, so that purchase is not refundable. The AI Prompt Vault is delivered in full at purchase, so it is non-refundable too, but reach out anyway if something went wrong.
