We are Josh and Jess. We walked away from the safe plan (get the degree, get the steady job) and started building a real business with AI and marketing instead. We are not gurus with it all figured out. We are in the middle of it right now, and we show the honest version: the wins, the mistakes, and the quiet work in between. If you want a life that is actually yours, this is the map we are drawing as we walk it.
Why this exists.
Josh dropped out of engineering. Jess dropped out of business after a year. On paper we quit the safe plan, the one everyone around us wanted: get the degree, get the steady job, keep your head down for forty years. We had no handouts and no connections to fall back on. What we had was one decision: build something we actually own, or spend our lives building it for someone else.
So we started, at 20 and 18, with no business or marketing experience. We figured it out as we went and grew our first online businesses, Snapshots & Motion, and The Social Effect Co., to over $10,000 a month. Two and a half years later, that turned into a marketing agency that helps other businesses grow. We are not teaching this from the sidelines, and we are not pretending we built an empire. We built something real, from scratch, young, and we are still building.
Digital OS is the next thing we are building, and we are doing it in the open. It is the honest, step by step way we would start again today, with AI, content, business, and systems, laid out so you can actually begin. It is the head start we wish we had, not a promise about money. We get things wrong and fix them where you can see it. The failures are the content. The wins are the content. You get to watch it happen instead of taking our word for it.

Honest over hype
No money buttons, no income guarantees, no rented Lamborghinis. Real proof is specific and a little boring, and that is exactly why you can trust it.
AI as leverage
AI does not build the business while you sit back. Pointed well, it lets one person move like a small team. That is the skill we are learning out loud and handing to you.
Doing beats reading
Reading about it feels like progress. Doing it is the thing. Every step here ends with something you actually build, publish, or ship, not another page of notes.

Josh
The systems and money side. Putting AI at the center of the business, automating the boring parts, spotting the opening, and turning effort into leverage that keeps paying back. The engineering brain, pointed at building something we own instead of a job.
Jess
The human side. The mindset that keeps you going when it is quiet, the discipline to ship anyway, and the real storytelling that turns a brand into something people actually trust.
